We visited NR Vision Vision Care, Nallagandla with our kids, and the experience was excellent. As discussed on the call, they were available for an appointment at the same time without any delay. The eye tests were done very thoroughly and patiently, especially with the kids. The staff’s way of talking was very respectful, and the doctor was extremely supportive. The doctor discussed the eye history in detail and interacted with the kids in a very friendly and comforting manner, which made them feel at ease. They also have a very good collection of frames with better options, so there is no need to visit any other specs shop. Everything is available in one place. Feel so blessed after knowing that I will be getting my vision in left eye to be improving by 60%. Many many thanks to Dr. Kalpana Reddy Garu for letting me know this development. So exited and thrilled. Btw I had eye injury while playing Gilli Danda during the year 1970. I had PH vision only until two weeks back I had Ant. Vitrectomy surgery done to my left eye. Since then I had the same vision until Dr. Kalpana told that my vision is getting improved. Once again thanks to Dr. Kalpana Reddy mam for the fact that my vision will be back after 55 years. I recently visited this centre for a regular eye check up. Being newly opened, the facility is neat and clean. The receptionist asked to fill a form and wait for 2 minutes. Greeted by the doctor when met her in the room. First, she took eye reading followed by machine scanning. She did retina check as well which she mentioned that she does in regular eye check up always that I have usually not seen in other eye centre I have been thus far. Doctor listens to you very patiently & gives you sufficient time to say your problems. She diagnosed in no time & i was able to recover quickly, not just diagnosing correctly ,she helped me in changing my lifestyle habits. We were searching for a good ophthalmologist for an eye check-up and came across this hospital through Google Maps. It was around 7:30 PM when I messaged them on WhatsApp to check if the doctor was available. The staff responded very warmly and even waited for us, which we truly appreciated. After consulting with the doctor, we felt so comfortable and reassured that our entire family decided to complete their consultations as well. The doctor is extremely friendly, patient, and attentive. She(Dr Kalpana Rani) listens carefully and gives us enough time to discuss all our eye-related concerns openly and thoroughly. Another convenience is that all the prescribed eye drops are available at the in-house pharmacy. Only a few medicines or tablets need to be purchased from outside. We were also able to order the prescribed spectacles directly at the hospital. Cataract surgeries are performed here as well. The hospital environment is calm, clean, and soothing, making the overall experience very pleasant. We are grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the entire team.
